Videohouse (Vilvoorde - Belgium)

Videohouse is a television facilities company which supplies services in connection with TV recordings, corporate promotional films, music clips, commercials, multimedia, etc. Videohouse operates ten studios at four different sites. Two studios - studio 6 and studio 7 - were added in a new hall at the Vilvoorde site (Belgium) in 2008. Studio 6 has an area of 582 m2 and studio 7 an area of 1399 m2, making it the biggest studio in Belgium at the time. The two studios each have a public foyer, spacious dressing rooms, make-up rooms and production areas. As a result, two different programmes can be recorded next to each other without disturbing or interfering with each other. The programmes recorded here include public service broadcasts.
Merford supplied and fitted ten sound-insulating doors for these studios, some of which were also designed as fire doors and/or emergency exit doors.
